Hi,
Can you un-install the package from the client machine, and and after un-install make sure that there are no traces of C1Components on client machine.
You may also use the windows installer cleanup utility attached to check if the package is properly un-installed and check for C1*. dll to see if there any present on the client machine then remove them completely
Now install the setup again and share your observations, also if you can tell me the environment at client end and some trail setup that we can test too, if the problem persists
