I believe we have isolated the issue. Whenever we change the margins of the report to something like 1cm as opposed to .5cm, the program no longer throws the exception.
I would recommend loading your report, right clicking on the report and click on properties, in the properties window, drop down the list of objects in the report and select Body ( GrapeCity.ActiveReports.PageReportModel.Body) and then on the bottom of that properties window, click on the Property Dialog… link at the bottom. A window should appear, go to Appearance and change ( at minimum ) the left and right margins to 1cm. I would also recommend changing the top and bottom margins to 1cm as well but that shouldn’t be necessary.
