List styles (bullets and numbers) aren't applied in print/manual output

Hi,

My department uses XHTML files (D2H version 2013.1.0.814) for the source files. We have a modified source CSS. For NetHelp output, we have a modified target CSS. Both of these are working well to create the look of the online help we want.

We also need to be able to create print/manual output. I have created a modified target template for this purpose. Much of style translation is working well (that is, body text and other styles we have created). However, lists (bullets and numbering) are not getting created/formatted correctly in the print output.

I think it may have to do with the fact that in the source CSS, the number and bullet styles are set up as Style Type = List so that the code can read unordered and ordered list items (ul and ol). In the target template, our list styles (bullets and numbers) are set up as Style Type = Paragraph.

The resulting print output does not display bullets and numbers formatted according to the paragraph style in the template. When I check the style list in the print output, all bullets and numbers have the same generic, undefined style based on Normal style.

What do I need to do in order to have bullets and numbers converted into the desired style in the print output?

Thank you in advance!
