Apologies for the delay in response. Can you send me a working sample of the issue you are facing along with the image you are using? And also let us know the exact version of Spread you are using at your end?
The image you sent before was not of actual size. Please send across the same in a zipped format.
And refer to this blog and try replacing image in the sample with your image and see if the issue persist.
