I have tested this issue with both a calculated numeric output and a calculated date/time output. The calculated numeric column was available in the Y-Axis dropdown.
Can you tell me a bit more about the formula for the calculated column? This will help in testing on my end. I just performed a simple math calculation and output to the calculated column. Are you doing something differently?
