Reply To: Appointment loading speed

I don’t see any problem with this. In my test sample adding 400 appointments for the same month takes less than second. I’ve got about 5 seconds for 10000 appointments.
And it looks like you can remove SuspendLayout and ResumeLayout calls, they don’t make any difference.
Please, try to do simple sample, reproducing the problem, zip source code and attach it here. Maybe the problem is in some other place, maybe it’s related to appointment times.. I need to see it on my end to tell something for sure.
