We’ve got a few old ASP.NET 2.0 applications to maintain and one of them is an application where users can drag and drop images on a virtual sheet of paper built in HTML. Afterwards, they can obtain a generated PDF report of this sheet of paper and we’re using the DataDynamics ActiveReports Build 3.4.0.2027 component to achieve this.
Everything works like it should, except when using transparent PNG images. When generating the PDF report, the PNG’s transparency gets replaced by a white color.
Is there a solution for this problem? Is there a newer build of this ActiveRports version I’m using, which fixes the transparency bug and is still compatible with the existing code written for generating the PDF? Basically, is there a newer ActiveReports 3 version than 3.4.0.2027 that fixes this problem?
