Thanks for the clarification. OK, it could make no sense to have overlapping controls, but the behavior to prevent them it just a bit odds. It’s the first time I saw a designer acting this way (Visual studio does not do that). Also I still have the possibility to overlap controls simply by moving them once created. Finally, the rectangle control seems to be more useful when it overlaps many controls to create a region.
