That is the link to the original post and the issue was escalated back on 01/09/14. Can someone please give me an update on this issue? we are still having the issues with the dot matrix printer. We tried a few things recommended by the person who was helping me, and I sent my finding back to that person, you can see all the details on the original posting.
Can you please help us in getting this issue resolved? Thanks for your help.
