Reply To: Tabs load arbitrary order.

Your sample uses the the 2.0 and I don’t have that installed. I’m using the 4.0 version. All I want, is the tabs to maintain the order I’ve set them to be via the IDE (Visual Studio). The order changes when the program runs. I don’t want that. The "SaveLayout"/"RestoreLayout" would be great if I could make it work. Unfortunately, I’ve never been able to get it to work. Maybe this is a good time to get that going.

From the online help:
//Saves the current layout of the tabs on the form to the specified file.
static void SaveLayout(Form form, string filename)

With in this function, you can’t access any of the form’s controls. Perhaps I need a better example.

Furthermore,

"C1.Win.C1Command.C1DockingTab.SaveLayout" isn’t available from the actual control.
e.g.: myDockingTab.SaveLayout doesn’t exist. There is no exposed method for saving the layout.

Thanks.
