Wanting to change Visual Style on C1TabControl

While I was able to change the colors on the C1Menu following the link,

When I try to create use ArcticFoxNew/ on the C1TabControl (the new visual style I setup), set useembedded styles to false, and select the external style "ArcticFoxNew" and change the css file code from _ArcticFox to _ArcticFoxNew, the style does not appear on the C1TabControl like it does on the C1Menu.

Is there any step I could be missing?
