Setting Minheight for rows in C1TrueDBGrid

Hello,

In my C1TrueDBGrid, I set AllowRowSizing to AllRows so the user can resize the rows in runtime to view the information better in the grid. I however want to set a minimum height for the rows so the user can only reduce the height of the rows to a limit that I set.
Please let me know if you have a suggestion how I can achieve this.
