We are planning to move few of our VC6++ MFC (FlexGrid 8.0 )products to VS2010(C1FlexGrid) ..
The reason is FlexGrid 8.0 version not supported in VS2010 IDE and maintenance problem in the future.
I am in the process of collecting the relavent information before making the proposal to give optimistic and effective approach to clients. Am looking for the following details.
Any general guidelines in this situation?
What are the issues that a team can face when we take up this activity
